- Motivate participant with a list of guest speakers who have all made a difference in their communities.
- Provide skills for selecting and implementing an Action Plan at your school.
- Provide a Resource Expo to assist your school team's Action Plan.
- Together develop Outcomes with the step by step training guide that will result in your school team's Action Plan.

| 9:25 | IFE Fellows ResponseSelect students who participate in CIE's IFE Fellows program will comment regarding Tony Hall's book and presentation. |

| 10:15 | Action Plan Skills Training IParticipants will begin the process of learning and creating a doable action plan for their school. Training is adapted from Youth Venture Training. |
| 11:00 | Youth Venture PanelTeam Revolution, Divine BradleyAYUDA Inc, Nick Cuttriss and Jesse Fuchs-Simon Participants will hear from three youth, former Youth Venturers, who started their own non-profit organizations at an early age to address social needs they found important. Their stories are inspiring and real. |
| 12:00 | Lunch and Expo HallParticipants will divide their lunch time between enjoying a meal provided by the World Bank and visiting 16 organizations that work toward ending poverty and making sustainable change both locally and internationally. |
| 1:15 | Introduction to PlayPumps and LearnServeParticipants will learn about the connections CIE LearnServe program's make with organizations such as PlayPumps to create change while serving and learning about the nations to which groups travel. They will also hear from both a student and a teacher who have both flourished in learning and serving the nations they visited in 2006. |
| 2:00 | Action Plan Skills Training IISchool teams will continue to build on what they have learned and the plan they have designed. |
| 3:00 | Afternoon Break |
| 3:15 | Action Plan Skills Training IIISchool Teams will finalize their action plans and post them to CIE's forum to share with the network of schools. |
