Advisor Role
Each CIE Fellow will have an advisor at his/her school to support their work in the following ways:
- Attend opening session for Fellows and parents on September 11th from 5:00-7:00pm at Washington International School.
- Meet with Fellow once or twice a month to review performance/attendance.
- Supervise the Fellow's responsibilities to the program; review what s/he is learning; assist the Fellow in connecting their "venture action plan" design to current work at your school (This will be explained at the September meeting).
- Sign off on the final venture action plan by your Fellow before s/he submits it for review and funding next spring.
- Attend graduation in mid–late May 2009 and provide feedback on student progress and accomplishments.
Schools are responsible for nominating (selecting) their applicants.
